If you are tried a paid course and realized it's not for you, we can pay you back within 30 days from the purchase. To request a refund, send us email that you use for the purchases or your Stepik User ID at support@stepik.org.
When considering a refund request, we look at the percentage of the studied material. If the course is completed or most of it is mastered, unfortunately we will not be able to issue the refund.
