How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset form at https://stepik.org/accounts/password/reset/:

1. Enter the email you used to register. We’ll send you a reset link;
2. Copy it and insert to your browser's address bar, or simply follow it;
3. Enter a new password and log in again using the email you used to register and the new password.

Please note:

1. the letter can take some time to arrive;
2. it can sometimes go to Spam folder;
3. if it’s not there, try adding [e-mail] to your email contact list, so our automatic letters won’t be deleted by spam filters. After that, use the password reset form again;
4. Stepik support won’t be able to reset your password, as only the user themself has the right to do it.
